The Google and Chrome apps for iOS are getting a new “Search Screen with Google Lens” capability that replicates the Circle to Search feature on Android.

Google is rolling out a couple of updates, beginning with iPhones, which receive a "Search Screen with Google Lens" in Chrome and the Google app. The company is also upgrading AI Overview's visual search knowledge through Lens for more "novel" cases.

Google is introducing two small but meaningful enhancements to its Lens technology. To start, Chrome and Google app users on iPhone can now draw, highlight or tap on text and images to carry out a visual search of what they see in front of them.
