TWG Global, the private investment firm co-chaired by billionaires Mark Walter and Thomas Tull, has formally launched TWG Motorsports, the new parent company of Andretti Global, the companies announced Tuesday.

TWG Motorsport, established in 2024, merges Andretti Global, Spire Motorsports, and Wayne Taylor Racing, managing Cadillac's F1 entry in 2026. Led by CEO Dan Towriss, notable backers include Mark Walter and Thomas Tull.
