Kevin Costner has opened up about sexual assault allegations made against him by a Horizon stunt performer.The Yellowstone star, 70, filed a motion California Superior Court, addressing the allegations made by Devyn LaBella.

Kevin Costner submitted on-set photos in a court filing to counter stuntwoman Devyn LaBella's claims of being forced into an unscripted rape scene while filming "Horizon: An American Saga."

The story is said to follow a man (Gyllenhaal) who finds himself reeling when his fiancée tragically dies just two days before their wedding. In an unexpected turn, he decides to go on their trip anyway, and he's joined by his late bride's grieving father (Costner).

Though it’s likely that Kevin Costner will play the comedic straight man in the film, it’s still a departure from many of the serious roles that he’s taken on ever since he helped Yellowstone become one of the hottest TV shows in the world with his performance as John Dutton.
