Min Hee-jin filed a defamation case against two reporters from entertainment media outlet Dispatch, as well as HYBE's ex-CEO Park Ji-won and HYBE PR chief Park Tae-hee, her legal representation Shin & Kim said Monday.

Min Hee-jin announced in a statement that she will resign from NewJeans label ADOR label after months of battling and lawsuits between the ex-CEO and K-pop company HYBE.

Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has denied allegations that she orchestrated the termination of NewJeans’ exclusive contract with ADOR, taking legal action in response. On the 2nd, Dispatch reported that Min Hee Jin allegedly used NewJeans to break away from the label.

Min Hee Jin has filed a complaint against HYBE executives for breach of trust in promoting NewJeans, escalating ongoing legal tensions.

We have filed a lawsuit for the violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilisation and Information Protection with the Yongsan Police Station,” it said in a statement.

Min Hee-jin is leaving NewJeans' agency ADOR and ending her contract with HYBE, but is "still determined to take legal measures against all of HYBE's illegalities," the former ADOR CEO said Wednesday.

Markol Consulting Group has issued a statement addressing Dispatch's recent expose, which reportedly accused her of fabricating information. They revealed that a lawsuit has been filed against Dispatch as well as HYBE’s former CEO and CCO.
