A longtime professional wrestler has died just weeks after competing in a retirement match. Terry Brunk, known to fans as Sabu, died at the age of 60, WWE announced Sunday. A cause of death has not yet been revealed.
Sabu revolutionized hardcore wrestling in ECW throughout the 1990s and was involved in a number of classic matches with the likes of Taz, Mick Foley and Rob Van Dam. A former ECW Tag Team champion, ECW World Television champion and ECW World Heavyweight champion, he is widely regarded as one of the most decorated competitors in company history.
