Titans QB Cam Ward called Jeffery Simmons' fight a much-needed boost as Tennessee builds a new culture after last year’s 3–14 season.

Following a scuffle on Monday with Titans veteran defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons, Tennessee QB Cam Ward said there was no ill ill and thought the dustup was just "what we needed."
