Isaiah Anthony Hodgson, an off-duty and armed U.S. Border Patrol agent, has been charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors after allegedly assaulting a police officer and confronting a security guard in a Shoreline Village parking lot while intoxicated and carrying a department-issued handgun.

Two officers and one Border Patrol employee were injured, including one shot in the knee, a federal spokesperson told USA TODAY. The gunman died.
