Charlie Lindgren, Washington Capitals
Capitals give it to Charlie Lindgren in the best way possible after last night's all-time gaffe
In case you missed it last night, Washington Capitals goaltender Charlie Lindgren had an all-time gaffe when he absolutely buried a puck in his own net (read below for last night's full report). Capitals 'laugh off' Charlie Lindgren's own goal, rally to win
Washington Capitals goalie Charlie Lindgren was able to laugh at himself after committing what he called "the worst mistake" he has ever made on ice. It helped that his teammates went on to bail him out, rallying the Capitals to a 5-4 victory Wednesday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Caps erase Charlie Lindgren’s gaffe in uplifting win over Lightning
