WWE WrestleMania returns to the Superdome in 2026. On Friday's episode of WWE SmackDown, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson formally announced that WrestleMania 42 will take place in New Orleans on April 11 and April 12.

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - WrestleMania is returning to the Big Easy. World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) announced Friday (Feb. 21) that its biggest annual event will take place at the Caesars Superdome on April 11 and 12, 2026. The last time New Orleans hosted WrestleMania was in 2018, when more than 70,000 fans packed the stadium.

The 'Showcase of the Immortals' is once again heading to the Big Easy. The Rock officially announces New Orleans as the host city for WrestleMania 42.
