Microsoft is adding a new healthcare-focused text analytics interface to its family of AI programming interfaces, and it's making generally available Custom Commands and Form Recognizer APIs, as well.

Not only have Microsoft's Bot Framework and Service been updated, but new AI functionality and language capabilities have been introduced for apps that leverage Azure Cognitive Services as well.

In particular, Microsoft's Python APIs are easily invoked from the TIBCO analytics offerings, giving our customers flexibility for AI core and edge scenarios, online and offline.

One key technology, Microsoft’s Azure Cognitive Services, offers a set of managed machine learning services with pretrained models and REST API endpoints.
