Country superstar Luke Combs opened up about his experience living with purely obsessional obsessive-compulsive disorder, informally known as Pure O, in a recent interview with 60 Minutes Australia.

Luke Combs says he has a type of obsessive-compulsive disorder known as 'pure O,' an unofficial diagnosis where the compulsions are entirely mental.

His particular OCD is “particularly wicked” because it’s not outwardly obvious and his thoughts are sometimes “intrusively violent,” Combs said.
