MSI has officially announced its next crack at handheld gaming is here with the Lunar Lake-powered MSI Claw 7 AI Plus and MSI Claw 8 AI Plus. The two Windows-based handhelds come with 32GB of RAM and larger batteries than their predecessors.

MSI has now officially revealed its latest gaming handhelds, the MSI Claw 8 AI+ and the MSI Claw 7 AI+, both of which are powered by Intel’s Lunar Lake chips. While the Claw 8 AI+ does look a little different from the original model,

The new MSI Claw models have improved batteries, powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 processors, and are available in two sizes.

The new MSI machines are notable for their continued reliance on Intel hardware. The Steam Deck, ROG Ally, and other notable gaming handhelds run on AMD chips, which have demonstrated reliable performance and efficiency.
