The drive-by shooting apparently happened as people left Artis Lounge nightclub following an album release party for rapper Mello Buckzz.

The attack happened Wednesday night outside a restaurant as people were leaving an album-release party for Chicago rapper Mello Buckzz. Another mass shooting happened at a club that operated from the same address in 2022.

Detectives on Friday continued to search for both the shooter or shooters and the motive behind Wednesday night's mass shooting in the River North neighborhood that claimed four lives and wounded more than a dozen others.
