Late in the day before Thanksgiving, a Manhattan federal judge issued a ruling on whether rap mogul Sean Combs would succeed in his third attempt as being released on bail pending trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. “DENIED,” Judge Arun Subramanian’s ruling said.

Diddy is making a third attempt to be granted bail, but federal prosecutors are urging the judge to keep him behind bars, arguing he poses a threat to witnesses and victims if released.

Sean “Diddy” Combs will spend Thanksgiving 2024 in prison following his arrest in September. The rapper, who is pleading not guilty, is facing racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
