An earthquake shook parts of Western Washington early Saturday morning. According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a magnitude 3.4 quake hit the Auburn area around 3:45 a.m. People reported feeling the earthquake in Auburn, Bremerton, Enumclaw, Kent, Marysville, Seattle, Renton, Tacoma, Graham, and Olympia.

A 5.1 magnitude earthquake was reported near South Pender Harbour, British Columbia, which is about a two-hour drive north from Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
