It's been almost one week since the shooting claimed the lives of three people. One of the victims is 24-year-old Azir Harris.
Azir Harris was paralyzed in a shooting in 2018 and had spent years sharing his recovery journey with Inquirer columnist Helen Ubiñas. He was killed in South Philadelphia Monday morning.
Philadelphia July 4th weekend marred by violence as gunfire erupted in Grays Ferry, killing three people and injuring nine others while over 40 people were gathered in the area.
Local traffic will be directed to exit I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway) at 34th Street, turn right onto Grays Ferry Avenue, turn right onto Washington Avenue, turn left onto 22nd Street, turn left onto Walnut Street, and turn right onto Schuylkill Avenue to access the ramp to I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway).

The shocking video shows severeal people firing guns very early Monday morning in the Grays Ferry section of the city. That shooting alone ended with three young people killed and 10 more injured.
