Idris Elba and John Cena join forces as an odd couple of national leaders trying to evade the private army of a Russian arms dealer.

The plot kicks off with a failed mission in Spain, orchestrated by MI6 agent Noel Bisset, played by Priyanka Chopra Jonas. This sets the stage for Great Britain's Prime Minister Sam Clarke (Elba) and U.S. President Will Derringer (Cena) to go rogue when they become the targets of a global conspiracy threatening to destabilize the world.
