As AI companies look to find ways to support their incredibly expensive models, it appears Anthropic will follow in the footsteps of OpenAI. With the release of its new Max plan, Anthropic now has prices all the way up to $200 a month.

Anthropic launches new Claude Max subscription tiers at $100 and $200 monthly, challenging OpenAI's premium offerings while targeting power users who need expanded AI assistant capabilities.

Claude for Education is available through Projects, which are open to Pro customers who pay $18 a month and Team customers. Anthropic says it is partnered with several higher learning institutions already, including Northeastern University and Champlain College.
