KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Texas Rangers ironman second baseman Marcus Semien exited Thursday afternoon’s game against Kansas City after just two innings and one at-bat with an apparent injury.
The two-run shot in the eighth inning against Texas on Tuesday night merely padded the lead for Kansas City, which went on to a 5-2 victory.
