Swiss Camille Rast won the Stifel Killington Cup women's slalom on Sunday in the absence of the world's top two slalom skiers over the last several years, Mikaela Shiffrin and Petra Vlhova. With no Mikaela Shiffrin, who was injured in a crash near the end of Saturday’s giant slalom, the race had an unusually unpredictable quality to it. The 25-year-old Rast jumped at the chance, taking home her first career World Cup win.
