The Trump administration appears to be following through on its threat to withhold federal funds from public schools in Northern Virginia for refusal to roll back transgender student policies.

The damp weather didn't dampen the mood as around 82,000 Loudoun County Public School students returned to the classroom on Thursday, August 21st.
